How to emulate hunt group in simple IVR script?

Hi, experts

I'm trying to emulate hunt group in simple AA script.

My script have simple structure:

1.Welcome message

2.Menu

3.Call Redirect to 3 phone numbers: If the first phone have "No Answer" for 10 sec, then redirect to second and after that to third phone. If all of these phones do not answer the call, the caller will record a voicemail message and this message will be send as attachment to a e-mail address.

My question is:

How to emulate hunt group in this simple script?

When I'm trying with Call Redirect,it is succesful for the first phone number even there is no answer.

Svilen,

You can try to use 'Call Consult Transfer' step. You have a 'Timeout' branch for the case the called destination doesn?t answer.

Unfortunatly, there is no "Call Consult Transfer" step. I'm using IPCC 3.5 and CCM 4.2.

My be I have to use CCM hunt functionality and Unity VoiceMail.
