WCS Controller Refresh Status Message

I have two WiSM line cards (4 controllers) along with a WCS. I tried to do a fresh on all of the controllers. Two of the controllers on the same WiSM returned the following status on the refresh:

Refresh succeeded but some records were dropped because their key fields failed validations.

I can find no place where this message is documented. What does it mean? And how do I correct it?

I know this is an old post but I'm also getting these messages on some of my controllers running software 4.2.207.0

Anyone know of a fix?
