With MGCP on 3825, can i still do debugs like 'debug isdn q931'??
And I still want SRST, so does it still mean i need to setup all the POTS & VOIP dial-peers?
Any instructions on configuring MGCP on 3825 + CCM would be appreciated.

Yes you can use debugs in MGCP gateways.
To setup SRST you will need to specify POTS dial peers. There is no use for Voip dial peers because your wan is down anyway.
