Hi,
I have a problem with input errors on a WS-X6148-RJ-21, on a port where a server (fujitsu-siemens S100) is connected in teaming we see 2 input errors/15minutes. We changed already the server, also the port/mod and i took another cable, we disconnected also the secundary nic but the problem stay the same. I connected the server with only the primary nic to a catalyst 2950 and there we see no problems.
What is the next step ? I didn't find any known issue.
In att you can see the port statistics/mod/sw-ver
Thanks,
Peter

Have you tried hard coding the speed/duplex on the ports. Input errors are caused by bad NIC/Cable., speed/duplex issues. Try upgrading the NIC drivers on the servers. Also if possible try upgrading the IOS on the switches as well.

Hi,
The speed/duplex are hard coded on 100FD, other cables are already used also the server HW was changed. Leave us the drivers and the IOS. But the same hardware was connected to a 2950 and no errors.
Thanks,
Peter

We did an update of nic drivers and the teaming driver but still the same problem, so it should be the IOS ?
