Hi,

I have already Unity Express Voice Mail setup in my network. Now I need to add AutoAttendant on this Unity Express. How can I associate a CTI Route Point to this AA pilot number. I understand that this can be done runnning Initialization Wizard. But since I have already done that once, I do not think we can run once again. Please help.

Thanks,

Manu

When you log into Unity Express go to VoiceMail > AutoAttendants. When the screen populates, click on the name of the script you want to update. When the AutoAttendant Profile dialog/wizard pops up, follow the instructions. There will be a spot for the Call-in Number on the last (third) screen.

Try this and let us know.
