ATM IMA group fails when one of the three T1's goes down

I've got a 3845 w/ATM AIM module and 4 T1 controller interfaces. The IMA group has 3 T1's in the group. When any one of the three T1's in this group does down, the entire IMA interface goes down. I've checked the min interfaces for the ima group to be up, it's currently at 1. I'm not getting much help from TAC so far. They wanted me to try a different version of IOS since the one we were running on has an advisory. I could not find any bugs related to this issue on this version. I've now running the TAC recommended ver 12.4(10b). That did not help. Still have the issue.

Feels like a config issue, but I've not been able to pin it down. Below are some config snippits and a "show ima interface" output.

Any help would be appreciated.
