Call transfer problem

Hi,

I am using Call Manager ver 4.0(2a)sr1.

VG is Cisco 2811 with software ver c2800nm-ipvoicek9-mz.124-13a.bin

On VG there is

dial-peer voice 10 voip

preference 1

destination-pattern 53..

voice-class h323 1

session target ipv4:x.x.x.x

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

with

voice class h323 1

h225 timeout tcp establish 3

When a call comes directly from outside everything looks fine.

When the call is answerd from one local number and oprator want to transfer it to other problem starts.

The other phone rings, but when someone answer the call it is disconnected.

Do you have MTP enabled in the H323 GW configuration?

If so which type of MTP? HW or SW (IPVMS)

Check regions

Based on the dial-peer you are using G729 (used when no codec|voice class is configured)

When you answered the phone can you park, conference that call?

The last destination is in the same location?

Happens for all models?

Hi,

I do not have MTP enabled

I will check the regions

When I answered the phone I can not park call.

Displayed message is "Can not complete conference call". It is same message "Can not complete call transfer".

The last destination is on same location.

They use 7912 phone, but we tried with Cisco IP communicator it is the same.

I think you need the dsp resource on router for transcoding and conferencing.
