Consult Call Step CRS

Consult Call works fine for internal calls. When using the Call Consult step for transfers to external lines, the supervised transfer actually changes to a blind transfer. No time out, no return to the CRS script on busy, ..

Is there a way to solve this problem? Is an exception thrown that can be caught in the script?

(using 4.x of Cisco CRS)
