Incoming Calls (DID Numbers)

I am setting up a new installation of CCM 5.1 and I have set up my route patterns for making off net calls but I am having a problem getting incoming calls (from PSTN) routed to the appropriate phone. I know I have to do some digit translation but I'm not sure what the proper setup is. On some incoming DID calls the number has to be rerouted to a completely different 4 digit extension. Can someone help?

There are two ways you can do this. You can either create a voice translation rule on the gateway and apply to the incoming pots peer/voice port or you can add a translation rule in the Call Routing section of CM5 where the translation pattern is the number called by the caller and the Called Party Transform mask the number of you internal extension.

You must also include partition and CSS as required on your system.
