Can't check email with Unity anymore

Hi,


Have a Unity 4.2(1) unified setup and playing email over the phone used to work fine, but for past week when you try it saids the message can not be played right now or something similar to that. They can playback unity voicemails fine though.


There are no errors in the event logs when they get that message when trying to play email.

Hi -

This is the message subscribers hear when all TTS sessions are in use. You will need to update your Unity license to add additional sessions.

The server has 2 TTS licenses (real speak). None are in use as far as I can tell. I am going to try rebooting the server afterhours then contact TAC if it still is a problem.

A reboot of the server seems to have cleared this up. I'll know for sure tomorrow.


Looks like bug id CSCsd26042 is what this may be, which is fixed in 4.2(1) ES 29.

Your initial post indicated no application event log errors ... but at least the bug tells how to trace next time. Thanks for forwarding the bug info.
