Hi All,
I am trying to enable th VT in my IP Communicator. The VT console says the IP Communicator is not present.
In the CCM->device->phone->IP Communicator MAC address, their is no option for enabling the Video.
My CCM version is 4.0.
How enable the VT for IP Communicator?
Will IP Communicator/VT work with VPN clinet?

Sorry, I'll have to correct my previous post. To use VTA with IP Communicator, you must have CCM 4.1(3)sr1 or later. You can use VTA with 7900 phones starting with CCM 4.0(1)sr2a, but IP Communicator with VTA requires a minimum of 4.1(3)sr1. See the following link for confirmation.

Hope this helps.

VT Advantage requires a minimum of CCM 4.0(1)sr2a. Are you running this or higher? Which version of IP Communicator are you using. You need at least 2.0 to work with VTA.
Yes, IPC/VTA will work with a VPN client.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.
