Customize CDR report in CM4.1(3)

Hi all,


Does anyboby know if we can create customized report in call manager 4.1(3)? for example, can I get a report of missed call for one extension?

Actually, the missed calls are not stored on the CDR database, those reports are stored on the phone it self and I don't think that there is a way to get then, anyhow, you can set the parameter "CDR Log Calls With Zero Duration Flag" CCM service parameter in order to insert the calls that didn't connect.

By the way, you can also contact the IPT developers with the developer forum in order to see if there is any XML page on the phone that returns that information.
