There's no message migration tool for inserting external messages (i.e. Connection mailstore messages) into Exchange or Domino mailstores. There is going the other way (exporting from Exchange and importing into Connection).

You can get top level subscriber data exported via the Subscriber Information Dump and import that data into Unity to create subscribers. This would preserve names, extensions etc... but would not include notification devices, messages etc...
