we're using Unity 4.0(5) for centralized voice mail system which serve for branch offices. but for each branch, we're using CUE as auto-attendant. but, we find that if someone call branch's AA in CUE and enter extn. AA will transfer the call to that extn. but, if that extn is no answer/busy to Unity, then caller can only hear "hello" greeting from Unity. how can solve it?
