CUE for AA but Unity for mailbox

we're using Unity 4.0(5) for centralized voice mail system which serve for branch offices. but for each branch, we're using CUE as auto-attendant. but, we find that if someone call branch's AA in CUE and enter extn. AA will transfer the call to that extn. but, if that extn is no answer/busy to Unity, then caller can only hear "hello" greeting from Unity. how can solve it?

Not sure what Unity is seeing here - start by firing up the Call Viewer application in the tools depot on your Unity desktop, make the call as you describe and see what's coming in for the called/forwarding/calling number to Unity - I suspect that for whatever reason we're not getting a forwarding number as you're expecting and, as such, we're not forwarding to the subscriber's mailbox.
