I've a Cisco 7800 series with CallManager 3.3 and I wanna upgrade it to CM 4.0.
But it give error when upgrading.
I cannot uninstall the CM3.3, or install the CM4.0 or upgrade the CM3.3 to CM4.0 too.
For the uninstall of the CM3.3, the button "change/remove" is disabled".
And for the upgrade, it display these errors:
1 - ReConnectRegistryA: Error: 53: The network path was not found
2 - Failure occured trying to get DBNAME value from registry. Aborting Cisco Call Manager installation.
The SQL Server is started.
The network connection is OK.
Cany you help me.
