TSP Error - Voiceports deregister

Hi,


I have an Unity deployment which has the latest TSP installed, version 8.1(3). However, the voiceports keep deregistering one by one, eventually costing all voice ports to deregister.

Unity log file indicates a TSP error. I have to manually remove the TSP and install the same version again. For the past 1 year, this has been happening for a few times.


Any ideas to prevent this from happening.
