Upgrade 4.2 to 4.3

Hi,

did any one tried this before.

I have a customer requesting upgrade his CCM from 4.2 to 4.3 in order to run windows 2003.

does it work on 7815 and what time does it need for the uprgade to happens (1 server in the cluster)

Any hints or any problem that i should be aware of before upgarding.

4.3 is supported on some 7815s, but not all. Take a look at the following link.

The time it will take to upgrade will vary depending on several factors. Take a look at the following link for time estimates for performing the necessary upgrade tasks.
