Is there any way to turn on the MWI indicator light or have it flash when a CFwdAll is active?
On our old system, a blue light would come on when a line was being forwarded. Despite the icon in the upper right corner, many of our users are doing CFwdAll and then thinking it isn't on, or leaving it on and forgetting to turn it off.
