Caller ID ICT

Hi all,

I had a issue with the Caller ID display on the IP phones when I configure a Non-Gatekeeper ICT connection between two Callmanager Cluster.

It seems like when I try to call a phone from Cluster "A" to Cluster "B". I got the 4 digit DN from Cluster "B" phone displayed on Cluster "A" phone.

I understand that the caller display is send from Cluster "B" to A. But I will like the orignating dialed number to appear.

Can anyone help.

Hello Jeremy,

I believe that you mean that after the call is connected, you get 4 digits, this is normally a configuration on the route pattern where you need to enter the CLID transformation masks on both clusters.
