WLC 4400 Cannot send an ARP reply

Has anybody seen this error message. "dtlArpRequest: Cannot send an ARP reply to 00:0B:85:86:4D:20" It happens when I change the WLC to lag. It works fine without lag turned on. There is about 17 aps on it. As soon as I turn it on and reboot the WLC about 10 of the aps come up. Over time the aps get fewer and fewer until there is 0 aps. Any ideas?? I have checked the switch config per cisco specs and I still have same problem. I have upgraded to 4.0.206 to 4.1.

Hi Friend,

I believe you might have reloaded the controller once after you enabled LAG? Also what is the channel-group mode set to on switch side?

Also can you paste the output of "sh interface sum" from controller?

I reloaded it multiple times. Channel-group mode is on. I actually can not because lag is turned off now. I can only do it when I take it down. Thanks for the response.
