Call Pickup not working

I am using CCM 4.1.3. I have an MGCP controller GW with an FXS port connected into the NightBell system. Unity releases the call to the NightBell successfully, but users are not able to pickup the call. The FXS and all the shop phones are in the same partition as the Pickup group and each phone is in the same pickup group.


When the NightBell rings and someone tries to pickup the call they either get immediately disconnected, or a busy signal, but the call continues to ring.


Ideas?

The following caveats exist for line groups, route groups, route/hunt lists, and route patterns/hunt pilots:

*No voice-mail profile exists for a hunt pilot number. Immediate Divert and Call Forwarding to voice mail are not allowed.

*No forwarding is allowed for a hunt pilot number.

*Call pickup is not allowed for a hunt pilot number


I thik the issue must be related to this bug CSCsa66224. Upgrade the CallManager to the latest patch
