Does TAPS and Cisco Extended services still work the same in CM 4.2
I have downloaded Extended Services 3.4 on to CallManager 4.2 download the taps plug-in run the both (no install errors) when I go through the setup of Extended services I enter in my jtapi username and password- then start the engine. The JTAPI service will not become active and on CM I see this error
Error: kCtiProviderOpenFailure - CTI application failed to open provider

Explanation: Application is unable to open provider.

Reset tapsuser password.

Tried resetting the tapsuser password from CM 3 times still get the same error.
