Twice today our VPN 3060 Concentrator locked up. I checked the syslogs for information, but there are no messages indicating an error before the power recycle. Is there a crashdump file that is created? Any one any ideas.

Anyone familiar with these devices? It did it again yesterday...
I check the logs, but I can't find anything similar about the events before it locks up..

Hello,
3K Series writes crash data to CRSHDUMP.TXT file (Administration -> File Management). I also suggest to try a different software version to check if it's a hardware problem.
Thanks.

There is no CRASHDUMP in the file management area. So I guess it is just locking up. What software version do you suggest?
