The configuration for our CUPS (Cisco Unified Presence Server) server is identical to our (installed) CallManager server (both platform is HP dl320 G5). However, CUPS installation is cut short during the hardware check telling us we have "bad hardware". Our hardware is better than what is asked for. How might we solve this problem?
