Unity Connection 1.2 - import help

Is there any 'import tool' in Unity Connection that will allow me to bulk update the E-MAIL Address field for SMTP for all the users?

Would be greatly appreciated if anyone can shed some lights on this.

The Bulk Administration Manager which you'll find in the Tools Depot can update the EmailAddress field using CSV input - check out the help for the tool, there's a section titled "Constructing the Input CSV files" that lists all the possible column names you can update using an input file.

hi lindborg,

I tried that but even the import was a success, it didn't import any of the SMTP email address.

As an additional trial, I 'manually' update one user with Email address and did a Bulk Admin Mgr export, but even then the exported CSV file does not contain the email addresses i typed in for the user anywhere.

Have you had any success with CSV for email before??
