Hi,
I'm new to Call Manager (4.1) CDR...Can anyone help me to get reports on our ISDN utilizations? by graph and text...
Someone advised to use RTMT and set the the threshold properties alert, and then I received email alerts but I need some reports.

On your CCM webadmin page:
Got to aplication->Cisco Callmanager Serviceability->Tools->Serviceability Report Archive (call activitie report).
Or use CDR (Gateway utilization).

thanks for replying...but;
when I used Serviceability Report Archive, I only got "alert reports".
when I used "Gateway utilization", the result is "gateways w/ zero ports" and no data...
do I need to configure something? what do I need to do?
