Cisco Unity : impossible to contact the server

Hy, I have install cisco unity, to function with the CallManager service. but when I go on the page https://address_of_my_unity_server/ciscopca/ i have an error message "impossible to contact the server".

Is someone can help me ?

1- can you browse that page on the Unity server itself?

2- can you ping unity IP address from the computer you are trying to access unity from.

3- did you use http:// ip adress instead of https.

4-which unity version are you using? which internet explorer version?

=> yes, it's the same

Unity v4.2 and IE 6
