We have deployed IP telephony, my problem is when an IP phone received a call and unanswered it will log to missed call when the user tries to redial the calling party and it is unreachable, we are pressing 9 to access outside line. But since the phone logs only the actual number of the calling party, it is impossible to call back without pressing 9 followed by the number, Is there any workaround so that there is no need to manually dial the calling party.
