error appears "* Could not create CTI Route Point and corresponding Line on CallManager."
There are also errors in event viewer:
Error: kCtiProviderOpenFailure - CTI application failed to open provider"
I check passwords in registry and in AD (passwordutils.exe) for CCMSysUser. passwords are identical.

accounts for jtapi and rmjtapi also generates error "kCtiProviderOpenFailure - CTI application failed to open provider"
how can i solve these problems?

Hi,
Please check whether the CTI manager service is running under serviceability.
If not then start the service.
If yes then restart the service.
