how can i check another users voice mail we use the 7960 phones and this user is no longer with the company, how can i check their voice mail?

Press the messages key and then press *. Enter their extension and password. Reset their password using Unity SA if necessary.

You can also go into the message store and just pull the messages from there. They'll be .wav attachments in whatever message store you're using.
