Hello,

Is there a way to sync guest accounts between serveral 4402 controllers? Creating the same account several times takes a lot of our time.

Regards,

Rutger

Hi Rutger,

Are you using the Lobby Ambassador to create these Guest accounts?

Deployment Guide: Cisco Guest Access Using the Cisco Wireless LAN Controller

Creating a Guest Access Account Using the Lobby Ambassador Option

From this doc;

Hello Rob,

Yes we are. Do we need to create the guest account on every controller or do the controllers contact eachother for guest account lookup?

An option is ofcourse to have the guest acccount via RADIUS in our LDAP, but I like the lobby ambassador interface. It is simple and clean and useable by our receptions.

Rutger
