Hi,
I have a CME system on 12.3(8)YI2.
We have noticed that when selecting search on the local directory we just get block characters and not letters. This happens on the majority of phones but not all, a couple are OK. All are on the same firmware release of 3.3.214.
Also something else odd is that the Model Information and Serial number fields on the phone information say 'Invalid Information' for all phones.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
