Help: a ip phone service doesn't work

I downloaded an xml application to get speed dials from a ip services with the following code.

I configure my phone to use this ip phone service and after all screen is empty with a button called search then I press this button and an empty screen continues and after appear a button called send that when I press it screen shows me: "Host not found". I understand nothing.

Can anybody help me?. I am begining to learn cisco ip phone services but I have basic knowledge of programmming and Call Manager. I use CCM 4.1. Thanks.
