Customer wants no outbound Caller ID and "unknown number"

I really have no idea why, but I have a customer that wants no outbound caller ID to be presented on customer phones. They also do not want their number to be displayed on their phones. Again, I have no idea why...I think someone did a little too much of the funny stuff back in the day.

Anyway...they have 1 PRI, a 2821 MGCP gateway, and Callmanager.

What are my options, if any? I'm thinking I may have to call their telco on this one.

I have this problem too.
