CCM4.13 with Unity 4.21 and CME 3.3 with CUE 2.34
Everything is working fine, except some little stuff.
For example, the voice mail pilot 1000 at CME, voice mail pilot 2000 at CCM.
At CME side, I dial 2000 to check my voice mail at Unity, which is fine.
However, if I dial 1000 at CCM phone, I cant get to CUE to check voice mail, which is same as AvT (1001).
I believe pilot 1000 or AvT (1001) are not part of extension. Is there anyway to let me able to check CUE voice mail from CCM side by dialing pilot 1000 or AvT 1001?
Thanks
Ken

Ken,
Make sure the H323 call coming from CM---GK---CME can reach the CUE which is a SIP call leg.
voice service voip
allow-connections h323 to sip
allow-connections sip to h323
Also note that if the call coming from CM is G711 then call should go to CUE just fine.
If its a g729 call, you will need to transcode the call locally in CME before sending the call to CUE. This will require sdspfarm commands to perform the transcoding.
Here is a sample config for trancoding and show command outputs etc.
##Activate DSP farm services####
voice-card 0
dspfarm
dsp services dspfarm
### Enable SCCP and select the interface that will be used to register
sccp local FastEthernet0/0
sccp ccm 10.1.11.4 identifier 1

!
##Define DSP profiles, use mac-address of the interface selected above.
sccp ccm group 1
associate ccm 1
associate profile 1 register mtp0013c3443150

###Tell CME To use this trancoder. Note that the units command has to be specified before the tag command. With out the sessions command transcoding will not work. All 3 commands below are necessary.

Shanky,
I may mislead you to understand my problem.
Everything works fine, calling between CME and CCM through GK by dialing 4 digits. The MWI and transcode are working fine at CME, I use G.729, so I saw it use transcoder during transfer to VM if noone answer.
My question is that, I want CME users are able to dial the pilot 1000 CUE from Headquator (CCM 4.13) to check their voice mail.

In your first post, you mentioned, you want to be able to dial 1000(1) from a CM ip phone, and be able to reach CUE and check voicemail. This essentially requires that you setup a route pattern for 1000(1) and point it to the GK trunk defined in CM. I believe this is already done (again same reason why you are able to call from CM to CME and vice versa).
Have you put in CME the required commands as i stated above in the previous post to hairpin calls to CUE ?
Now in your second post its a bit unclear as to what you want to achieve.

I know what is wrong my problem now.
Since I do NOT define zone prefix for CME side, therefore the DID and extension is automatically register to gatekeeper when I do "show gateke end".
Therefore, I have to do "dialplan-pattern 1 21232110.. extension-length 4 no-reg" and "number 1001 no-reg both" under ephone-dn.
Then I add "zone prefix cme 10.." at the gatekeeper. Then I can dial the pilot number 1000 now.
Since the pilot number 1000 wasnt register(not part of extension) to gatekeeper before which is normal.
Is that make sense to you???
Thanks
Ken
