the call handle selection button is unavailable in call routing

When i added a new call handler, i wanted the customized call handler would be selected to handle the coming call, so caller would hear the customized greeting, but the operation was disabled.

It is disabled because it is the default CH, anyhow, you can create a new rule and move it over the default rule, or you can make the Default Opening Greeting to transfer the calls to your handler.

I believe that the best option will be to create a new Rule for your Handler and move it to over the default handler.
