could u please tell me my config is correct or wrong:

interface GigabitEthernet0/3

description STATE Failover Interface

failover

failover link failover GigabitEthernet0/3

failover interface ip failover 192.168.50.1 255.255.255.0 standby 192.168.50.2

You'll need to do that for each context that you have. You also need to configure the failover groups.

See this doc. Will show you everything you need for A/A failover.

Thanks,

Chad

can't active/standby filover be configured in asa in cable based failover mode?

Your original post said Active/Active. Which one are you trying to do?

Chad

if i connect the 2nd asa in cable based failover mode, will the replication be done automatically? don't i need to specify the lan, wan side ip address also??
