asa5510 ssl webvpn license has changed to 2???

For some reason I can only get 2 uses conected at a time. There have been no changed made to the 5510 that I am aware of. What I do a show vpn sessiondb is says

vpn limit is 2??

Hi -

All ASAs are licensed for 2 SSL VPN users, unless you have purchased additional licenses for SSL users.

Did you previously have a license on this ASA for more than 2?

Did you upgrade from v7.0.x

NOTE:

The SSL VPN (WebVPN) features in v7.0.x were included as a free trial as mentioned in product documentation and the SSL user interface within Cisco ASDM. Starting with v7.1, use of SSL VPN features will require the purchase and installation of a separate SSL VPN feature license. Cisco ASA Software v7.1 introduces significantly enhanced SSL VPN capabilities and scale to meet the needs of complex clientless environments.
