CCM 5.1 IBM Servers not booting up

just recieved (2) new ibm 7835-I2 servers running callmanager 5.1.1 and when I start them up they stop at the "Welcome to Cisco Unified CallManager" prompt. Has anyone experienced this before? Your input would be appreciated.

try to boot up from ur shipped CCM 5.1 DVD's (Cisco Callmanager installation DVD) that came with ur CCM, go in setup process and when asked whether replace existing CCM image on ur 7935 with the new image (on the DVD) say yes...

actually u will find the version on ur DVD is the same version of the preinstalled one.

thanks for the quick response, but I did this and it still remains locked up when it boots. I guess I can try it again.
