qos need on msfc?

I have cat 6509 with MSFC．MSFC is used to route traffic between VLANs. there are ip phones on the 6509. Myq question is do I need to configure qos on msfc, or just need configure qos on supervisor?

You would require configuration on the supervisor and not the MSFC.
