Example Admin

I have Unity 4.1. I am getting voice mails left in the Example Admin mailbox. I am not sure how callers are getting to this mailbox? I have Call Handlers owned by this account.

I was wondering how callers can get into the Example Admin mailbox?

Could the Call Handlers be failing and defaulting to the Example Admin mailbox?

almost everything in Unity by default is owned by the example admin account.

My guess without seeing the system is that messages are going to the unaddressed messages distribution list which by default the eadmin is a member. (I think the only member by default) this issue is addressed in the installation guide.

If you don't want the eadmin to receive these emails then take him out of that dl and put another subscriber in. (refer to the cisco documentation)

What happens when you dial that extension internally? does it go to the call handler or does it go to the example vmail.
