Needed help in configuring the call handler

Hi,

We needed help in configuring the call handler.

We wanted to achieve a similar kind of setup shown below.

To offer prerecorded audiotext?for example, "Our normal business hours are Sunday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.".

Any ideas..?
