CSS and partitions are well configured?

IPMA RP have the manager partition?

and under Service Parameters all is good?

If you have both call filtering and DivAll enabled, Cisco IPMA first applies call filtering to an incoming call. Call filtering directs the call to you or to your assistant (depending on filter settings.) Next, Cisco IPMA applies DivAll to those calls that filtering has directed to you. The DivAll feature redirects those calls to the DivAll target.

Hello,

I think that the partition of the managers line is in the css of the normal phones. Only the IPMA RP should be in in the css of the normal users phones ?!

Bye
