ASA5510 Radius not work

Hello,

I followed technical note (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_configuration_example09186a00806de37e.shtml) to configure remote Radius authentication, but got following error message when try to verify the Radius from firewall:

"ERROR: Authentication Server not responding: No error"

any suggestion?

Are you able to ping the server from the PIX ?

are you able to verify the ports on the radius server ports 1812,1645

also make sure the key on both sides are same. In case you are using a self created network devices group in ACS, make sure you are using the group key in NAS and not the device key. Group key will take precedence.

i can ping that radius server from ASA, how can I verify the posts from radius?

i can sure that the shared secret key is same as the key in aaa- server firewall.

Can your try test aaa command????

test aaa-server authentication server_name

yes, i did tried test aaa command, but got the above error message in ASA.
