strict-match in SRST mode

Hi,

In SRST config,

call-manager-fallback

ip source-address 2.2.2.2 port 2000 strict-match

Can somebody explain to me how the strict-match works?

If i understand correctly, this will force CME or SRST to only register phones that belong to that subnet.
