SIP Calling Info Problem

I have C2600 with 12.3-7.T6 IP Voice and i have configured sip on this router

sip-ua

calling-info pstn-to-sip from number set 600

When i dial any extension via this router i don't get calling number as 600 in my CCSIP Calls Debug, but i get the actual numbers (extensions). Where i am doing mistake.

I tried putting a translation profile and rule

translation-rule 1 /*./ /600/

After this it works perfectly alright.

Another simpler method, in the outgoing DP, configure "clid network-provided 600".

The command is

'clid network-number 600'

I tried this and working fine. But the mystery of not forwarding the calling number of 600 even after defining the same in sip-ua is still there.

Try with "no remote-party-id".

I'm actually happy as I got almost right from memory for the other command. Consider there are thousands.
