IVR Issue

I had ccm4.1 installed and running fine, I also installed IPCC Express standard 4.0(4)_Build140 and also works fine.

Now here is my problem:

when I call from the PSTN to the 390 (trigger no in my IVR) if the calling party hangup the line the called party keeps ring.

i had the same problem with the fxo port but i solved it by changing the signal to groundstart. please help in solving this issue.

I have this problem too.
