I have a 3750 stack of 2 switches and have configured the following QoS configurations on them.

There are avaya phones connected to these switches. The QoS doesn't seem to be working.. am i missing something

i do not see any ACL matches nor do see packets matching the policy map

Here is my configuration

mls qos map cos-dscp 0 8 18 26 34 46 48 56

!

mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 1 threshold 3 5

mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 2 threshold 3 6 7

mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 2 threshold 2 3

mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 2 threshold 1 4

mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 3 threshold 3 2

mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 4 threshold 3 0

mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 4 threshold 1 1

add this cmd to all the interfaces to which voip phones are connected:

"mls qos-trust dscp"

Chk if this helps, as it servd my purpose in similar case.

You have to find another way to check your configuration. On most switches the qos related ACL and the show policy-map interface command do not show any counters. Seems to be the price we have to pay for hardware based qos ...

... but you can use the command and check for the values.

Do not follow the advise to configure command on the interface, because this will remove your service-plicy from the interface: You can trust, or set the dscp bits ... but not both.
