I am looking for advice on the best steps to get into the IT industry preferebly network field. Right now all I have is a high school deploma and 2 completed semesters for information technology associates degree. I was thinking of the ccna and ccnp and was wondering is it worth persueing these without having some type of college degree.

I have this problem too.

Yes, you can no problem, its all about studying and practicing and loving the field, and isn't related to a college degree, i know many people who have no college degrees (or even having a college degree in something not related to the IT industry with even a bit) and they have succeeded in this field, a College degree is an add-on but not a must, me my self had pursued my CCNA while in college in the past, go ahead and good luck :)
