We have been having a problem with our Main DNS server in a HA Pair. The following log extract has been provided:
06/12/2007 11:38:19 dns_startup Info System 0 20685 Server was found to be an HA main server.
06/12/2007 11:38:19 dns_startup Error Server 0 20793 Unable to open HA DB environment. Error: 'DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery'
06/12/2007 11:38:19 dns_startup Error Server 0 20796 Error creating HA DB environment.
06/12/2007 11:38:19 dns_startup Warning Configuration 0 20787 Error creating HA DB environment.
Can you confirm if we need to manualy restore the DB or if this is done dynamically by the CNR application. If it requires manual / user intervention can you point me towards the instructions to carry out this task.
Many thanks.

The Inverse DNS Nailing enhancement enables the TN3270 server to nail a pool of logical units (LUs) to client machine names or to an entire domain. This enhancement allows dynamic IP addressing on the TN3270 client machines. This addressing is used in network design scenarios, such as a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) environment and in individual network configuration scenarios, for example, when a machine is moved and needs a new network address.
